We do our best to continually evolve and be as eco-friendly as possible. For a small brand, sometimes this means great financial sacrifices. Our values have proven to triumph over financial gains repeatedly! Our brand is truly out there doing good and helping push the industry in a positive direction.
KNOCKOUT
We recently switched our secondary packaging over to eco-friendly boxes printed by Canadian startup Knockout Packaging! They truly care about the environment and only source their paper from forests in North America grown specifically for harvesting. They have a great team that is wonderful for small brands to work with. Such great quality without compromising on ethics!
Other Positive Changes
You'll find us choosing the eco-friendly route every time it is possible - from our preference for eco-cert and fair trade ingredients, to sourcing as close to home as we can. We use completely compostable mailers from NoIssue, and packaging shreds from eco-friendly company Papermart. Informational post cards and business cards are made from recycled t-shirts by MOO. Almost all of our packaging is glass, and currently we are on a waiting list to join Terracycle's beauty recycling program to recycle the more difficult plastic pieces. We are constantly looking for more ways that we can improve as we grow!
